Once approved, we’ll begin the design and printing process tailored to your specifications.
Step 3: Production
Most custom orders are completed within 1–2 weeks.
If your design is more complex, we’ll let you know if additional time is needed.
Step 4: Shipping & Final Delivery
We’ll send you tracking details as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most custom display stands ship within 1–2 weeks after design approval. Express shipping is available at checkout.
Can I see the design before you make it?
Yes! We’ll email you a rendered design preview within 2–3 business days after you submit your order. You’ll have 24 hours to approve it or request a change.
What if I want to change something in the design?
Every order comes with one free revision. Additional changes are $50 per revision, so please be as specific as possible upfront.
What happens if I don’t respond to the design preview email?
If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, we’ll assume the design is approved and begin production. We encourage checking your email promptly to avoid delays.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellations after a design has been approved or the 24-hour window has passed. Please be sure before confirming your order.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 business days with clear photos and we’ll help you file a claim.
Can I request a fully custom design that’s not listed?
Absolutely! Choose “I have a new idea” in the order form and describe your concept. We love bringing new ideas to life.
